Can you turn our team jersey into a hoodie?

Yes, and it is one of our most popular orders. Send us a photo of your current jerseys along with your team logo, and we recreate the design as a hoodie. Same colours, same crest, same striping. If you bought your jerseys from us we already have the design on file and can start right away.

Our jerseys came from another supplier. Can you still match them?

Yes. A clear photo of the front and back is usually enough to work from, plus your logo file if you have one. Our design team rebuilds the artwork from scratch, so we are not limited by what files the other supplier kept. You will see a free 3D mockup before anything goes to production, so you can check the match before you commit to anything.

What hoodie styles do you make?

Pullover, full-zip, and short sleeve in two weights: a lightweight t-shirt fabric for warmer months and a heavier microfleece lined version for cold rinks. Every one of them runs the same design, so a team can order a mix of styles and still match.

What is the difference between a sublimated hoodie and an embroidered one?

Sublimation dyes the design into the fabric, so you get unlimited colour, full-bleed graphics, and nothing that can crack or peel. Embroidery stitches a logo onto a stock garment, which suits a simple crest or a corporate sponsor and gives a different, more textured look. We do both. Sublimation is the one to pick if you want the hoodie to match a jersey.

What is the difference between the classic and hockey lace drawstring?

Just the look. The classic is a standard flat drawcord. The hockey lace runs a waxed skate lace through the hood, which is a nice detail on a hockey team hoodie. Same price either way.

Can we add player names and numbers?

Yes, and they are included in the price. Names, numbers, sleeve numbers, whatever you need. Tell us at the design stage and we will mock it up that way.

Is there a minimum order?

New custom designs start at 5 pieces. Once your design is on file you can reorder any quantity, even a single hoodie. That is what makes late roster adds easy.

How long does it take?

3 weeks from the date your design is approved and paid, plus shipping. Most suppliers run 4 to 8 weeks.

What sizes do you carry?

Kids 2T through adult 5XL, in youth, men's and women's cuts. The fleece runs warm, so size down if you want a closer fit. Full measurements are in the sizing guide on this page.

Can parents and fans order their own?

Yes. We can set up a team store so families order and pay individually, which saves the coordinator from collecting money and chasing sizes. Ask us when we are putting your order together.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low or hang to dry. Because the colour is dyed into the fabric rather than printed on top, there is nothing to peel, so it holds up to regular washing.
