Common Questions

What size is this bag?
Dimensions are listed in the product description above, since they differ by bag. If you are deciding between sizes, tell us the age group and what gear is going in it and we will point you to the right one.
How much of the bag is custom?
All of it is in your team's colours. On our cinch bags and garment bags the entire bag is sublimated. On the larger bags your design, logo, and player names and numbers are sublimated onto the main panel, and every other panel is solid in your matching team colour, with the webbing straps colour-coordinated to go with it. Either way the whole bag reads as team gear rather than a stock black bag with a patch stitched on the side.
Can we add player names and numbers?
Yes, and it is included. Named bags are the single easiest way to stop identical bags getting mixed up in a dressing room, and most teams add them once they think of it. Tell us at the design stage.
Will the design wear off?
No. The colour is dyed into the fabric rather than printed or stitched on top, so there is no surface layer to scuff off. Bags take more abuse than jerseys do, dragged across parking lots and thrown in car boots, which is exactly why sublimation matters more here than anywhere else.
Can the bags match our jerseys?
Yes, and that is what most teams do. If we made your jerseys we already have the design on file and can carry it straight onto the bags. If your jerseys came from somewhere else, send us a photo and your logo and we will build it to match.
What are the bags made of, and how do I clean them?
Durable polyester and vinyl. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and let them air dry. Do not put them in the washing machine or the dryer.
Is there a minimum order?
New custom designs start at 5 pieces. Once your design is on file you can reorder any quantity, even one bag for a player who joins late.
How long does it take?
3 weeks from the date your design is approved and paid, plus shipping. Most suppliers run 4 to 8 weeks.
What other bags do you make?
Senior, junior and goalie hockey bags, coach bags, backpacks, cinch bags, puck bags, garment bags, and toiletry and accessory bags. All of them can run the same design, so a team can kit out in one order and everything matches.
Can parents and players order their own?
Yes. We can set up a team store so families order and pay individually, which saves the coordinator from collecting money. Bags are one of the items that sells well in a store, because parents and siblings buy them too.
